This is the Item Donation Page Header Text

You can add an item donation page to your Project Website using the Add Page drop down. This is intended only for item donations and cannot be used to collect monetary donations. If you wish to collect monetary donations you will need to use a Registration, Sales and Cash Donation type page, the Year End Donations page, or the Giving Tuesday page.

Item Donation Page Confirmations
When someone completes the item donation page they will receive an automated confirmation "receipt" via email. You can customize language on the receipts for your item donation page in the basic editing tools to include information like where to drop off the item.

Add Custom Questions
You can add as many custom questions as needed to your item donation page. You can choose from many different response types including text, multiple choice, yes/no, and a drop down.

 
A Warning about Advanced Project Website Editing

There are two ways to edit the Project Website. The first is by using the basic event software editing tools accessed using the Edit General Settings and Edit Page Settings buttons. The second is by using the advanced Online Payments editing tools accessed using the Edit Page on Website buttons. Advanced Project Website edits should only be done at the very end. Your initial work - particularly creating the right type of pages, publishing your packages, and choosing your registration settings - must be done through the basic editing tools. If you switch back and forth between the two forms of editing you will overwrite and erase advanced edits.
